A garden designed for bees and other pollinators

This place houses a relatively new garden, where pollinators’ needs influence the choice of perennials. There’s also a kitchen garden, soft fruit bushes and trees, including some unusual ones for the hardiness zone. The surroundings consist of dandelion and flower meadows as well as forest and arable land. There are several bee keepers nearby. As a complementary activity, we also make practical and ornamental things out of concrete. Somewhat surprisingly there are tortoises to get acquainted with here as well.

The garden is accessible for most people, however the toilet is not adapted for disabled users. Pre-book home made refreshments. Parking is limited next to the building. You can also travel here by bus. Dogs on leads are welcome. Enjoy your own picnic by Lockö Kvarn. Garden open by arrangement.
