Biodiversity and creativity in our own Garden of Eden

With full respect for the visitors who may be grieving, the aim here is to spread a little happiness, offer something beautiful to see and the hope that people will perhaps leave the churchyard with a smile on their lips. Among other things there are “two landing strips/mindful paths” that you can wander alone or accompanied by the priest/deacon. There are also ponds, blossom trees, raised beds and beehives. The butterfly graves are an innovative way of looking after old graves at the same time as promoting biodiversity.

Guided tours can be arranged upon request. Dogs on leads are welcome. There are plenty of places to sit and eat your own picnic lunch. Parking for both cars and coaches. The churchyard is always open for visitors.
